Delivery & Returns

UK Mainland

Delivery charges are determined by distance from our barn, size and weight. Please contact us prior to purchasing for a quote on the item you are interested in. Delivery will be added to the invoice. Collections are more than welcome from our barn in East Sussex. 

Small items will be sent via parcel courier at cost plus packaging. Large items are sent via van courier. We deliver ourselves where possible but in some circumstances we use The Transporter who specialise in transportation of antiques and household effects throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide.


If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us prior to purchasing for a quote. We have courier companies making regular runs through all parts of the European Union.

These deliveries are grouped and lead times are usually from 2 – 6 weeks. We can also offer delivery to the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Eire.


All items are sold as seen; a full refund including postage will be issued for any damaged items. A 14 day money back service is offered from the date you receive the item.

A refund will only be issued once the item is returned in the condition in which it was sold and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. If items are not collected within14 days a daily charge of £5 will be added for storage costs.
